What are your charges?
Fees can be based on a time charge, an agreed fixed fee or based on a percentage of the cost of works.

As a general rule, Contract Administration works are based on a  percentage fee in the region of 10%. However, this is dependent upon the complexity of the project.

We are always happy to arrange a free project consultation to assess your individual needs in order to agree upon a competitive fee.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI) and Public Liability Insurance to the value of two million pounds for each and every claim.

What area do you cover?
We are located in Sidcup on the borders of South East London and North West Kent. With close rail and motorway links we are able to offer a competitive service for the whole of South East England and the Home Counties.

What Professional Bodies are you affiliated to?
We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Project Safety.  We are also approved by Constructionline, the UK register of pre-qualified construction services.

What size of project will you manage?
Our projects range from small domestic improvements to large-scale multi-stakeholder builds. We are able to satisfy all requirements.

How quickly can you act?
We pride ourselves on client care, in most circumstances we are able to respond to tight timescales for projects. It is our aim to respond to enquiries in the shortest time possible, ideally within 24 hours.
